Eyelet Top, Two Looks (M7325)

Hello lovely friends, hope life is good and love is abundant :). I usually rush over to the fabric store when new pattern designs come out, especially if I see something different with a bit of a challenge for my skill level. McCall 7325 was one of those patterns. I had some eyelet fabric and some beautiful silver trim in my stash which I bought from the late Hancock fabrics (Tear). I usually try to add a little spice to a pattern but this one was perfectly spiced and needed nothing more. The top is airy and the eyelet fabric makes it very breathable, and of course, now is the season to wear white!

I styled it two ways;

I call this the Beach Ready look :). This top is pretty long so I paired it with appropriate length (for me) shorts, a pair of lace up wedges and my new fab black and white sunnies.

The second look I call Girl On The Go. I paired the top this time with a pair of DIY black and blue polka dot leggings with some snazzy heels. This look can easily go from day to night, work to bar etc. Here we go.

Look at that, I did spice up the pattern a bit. I added some sparkly silver lace overlay on the front and back bodice pieces to match the trim. The pics do it little justice. I see more of these in my future, maybe converting it to a dress for the fall in some cute colors.

Hope you loved the top like I do. More to come, stay tuned and subscribe if you haven’t already. Peace Love ♥ and Kisses.
