Christmas Cheers * McCall’s 7429

Merry Christmas my friends! Hope you all had a great one like I did. Lots of dancing, eating good food, doing good in the community, worshiping with friends and hanging out with family. It was a perfect weekend made complete by this green number I pulled out last minute. This dress is a stunner and will definitely be getting a few iterations in the spring and summer. I went with McCall’s 7429. I could not find a red fabric print that I loved so I went for the alternate Christmas color, a green with the fabulous lighter weight 2 way stretch minty green print and color blocked with a grass green textured knit. I love the combination. Let me know what you think.

That twisting design got me confused for a minute. But I am so glad I walked away and came back with a fresh mind and figured it out. Look at the texture on that green!

That print is popping!

Christmas table runners I made for my two tables. Love them. Will definitely be making more for other seasons.

This is what it is all about, eating drinking and hanging out with loved ones. It was a great time and I had the greatest photographer! See you in the new year folks, there will be good changes and I am excited so stay tuned.

Peace Love and Kisses from the girl with the colorful fabrics, Karen.
